Gypsum diffuser stones
Ø 45–90 mm · 12–40 g
Gypsum stones · ceramic bodies · hanging pieces · vessel sets · tablets
Every piece leaves here unscented unless a client asks otherwise. A brand's oil is the part customers pay for, and it belongs in the brand's control — not blended into a body by a supplier who cannot smell what it will sit next to on a shelf.
Where a client does want us to load and cure their oil, we do it under a separate written agreement, with their formula and their dosage.

Tooling, casting, forming, firing and finishing all happen here. Cord braiding and printed packaging come from two suppliers within the district, and we name them when asked.
Model making from a sketch or a physical sample, then silicone tooling cut in house. Two sample rounds are standard.
Vacuum-mixed gypsum poured into silicone. Our line runs 2400 pieces a day across four pouring benches.
Slip casting and press forming in porous stoneware, fired in our own kiln to a controlled absorption spec.
Sanded, tumbled or left as cast; embossed logos, debossed marks and hand-applied colour washes.
Unscented as standard. Where a client supplies oil we load, cure and seal to their dosage under separate agreement.
Blister, sachet, box or bulk, with EUR.1 certificates and the transport documents for shipments leaving the EU.

Two stones that look identical can hold oil for a fortnight or for two months. What decides it is porosity, and porosity is set at the mixing bench — water ratio, cure time and, for ceramic, the firing curve. We publish the numbers because a brand needs them to write its own instructions.
We do not publish client names or marks. What we can describe is the shape of the work.
Ordering bodies to pair with their own oils, usually across three or four forms and a stock colour.
Private label programmes with printed packaging, where the piece and the box are quoted as one item.
Repeat runs of a single form in large volumes, with tight tolerances on weight rather than on looks.

Aveiro has made ceramics since the eighteenth century and the district still supplies everything we cannot do ourselves. The building holds model making, tooling, casting, firing, finishing and packing along a single line.
