What we process
- Enquiry data. Name, brand, email, telephone and what you told us about the project.
- Client contacts. Names and details of the people we deal with, for the life of the relationship.
- Commercial records. Orders, specifications, invoices and shipping documents.
- Visitor records. Name and company of people visiting the works, for safety and insurance.
- Technical data. Server logs with IP address, user agent and page requested.
Lawful bases
Enquiries on legitimate interests. Client and commercial records to perform a contract and, for invoices and customs documents, to meet legal obligations under Portuguese tax and export law. Visitor records on legitimate interests in site safety.

Confidentiality of client work
Forms, tooling, artwork and specifications belonging to a client are confidential and are never shown to another client or published, including on this website. That is why no client marks appear anywhere here.
Who else sees data
Our accountants, our freight forwarder and customs agent, and the company hosting this site. Component and packaging suppliers see only what a purchase order requires.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure where we are not required to keep the record, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. We reply within thirty days. You may also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

None beyond a session cookie remembering whether you have dismissed the sample-request banner. No analytics or advertising cookies.
